#### Summary

This proposal initiates a test withdrawal of accumulated fees from the Express Relay contract on Solana, utilizing the SPL token withdrawal instruction enabled by [OP-PIP-106](https://forum.pyth.network/t/passed-op-pip-106-upgrade-the-pyth-express-relay-program-on-solana-to-add-an-spl-token-withdrawal-instruction/2490).

#### Background

Following the passage of OP-PIP-106, the Pyth Express Relay Program on Solana now supports withdrawing accumulated SPL tokens. This proposal serves as a validation test of that functionality before proceeding with larger withdrawals.

#### Proposal Details and Verification

Action: Withdraw 8.66 USDT from Express Relay contract

3. Confirm that feeReceiverAdminTa is the USDT token account of the Pyth DAO treasury:

#### Next Steps

Upon successful execution of this test withdrawal:

1. The Pythian Council will verify the transaction completed as expected

2. Subsequent proposals will be submitted to withdraw the remaining accumulated fees

3. Withdrawn funds will be handled according to existing DAO treasury procedures
