Motivations to participate in the Community Council:
Following my PYTH onboarding experience, I was asked how I planned to contribute and make a meaningful impact within the eco. My response to that question can best be summarized with a few commitments I made: “learn,” “create quality content,” and have a “consistent presence” in the community. Over the past several months, I feel I’ve sincerely upheld those goals, most likely reflected in my promotions to VDM and now to Chiron.
My motivation to continue learning, creating, and immersing myself in Pyth comes from a single belief - Pyth has the best market data infrastructure available. Consequently, I want to do my part in facilitating its growth. Echoing similar sentiments as my fellow Chirons, my passion in web3 revolves around content creation. Whether it’s writing X/Reddit articles, providing shorter X posts, editing videos, or dabbling in AI-generated content, expanding Pyth’s presence on multiple platforms is my primary goal. The Council position would be a great way to expand Pyth’s reach on those respective platforms, while also extending it to Medium, Substack, and Instagram / TikTok. My focus is to communicate to others what we already know: Pyth is truly the “price of everything.”
Although my work as a clinical pharmacist is irrelevant in web3 (or for this Council position), I can lean on my experience as a healthcare professional to assist others in the Pyth community. For instance, my background as a preceptor/educator helps foster ideas for content creation. Additionally, it has given me the tools to connect with and onboard new community members. Lastly, it has honed my communication skills to help collaborate with others in order to achieve shared goals. Considering I spend most of my day working within a health care team to deliver patient care, I look forward to bringing that same mentality, strong work ethic, and utmost dedication to the Pyth Community Council.
