Community Library
The Pyth Community Library is where Pythians publish research, analysis, explainers, and comparisons about oracle infrastructure, financial data markets, and the Pyth ecosystem.
This isn’t a marketing channel. It’s a knowledge base built by the community, for the community — and for anyone trying to understand how financial data actually works onchain.
What belongs here:
- Deep dives into how specific asset classes are priced (gold, oil, equities, FX, crypto)
- Architecture comparisons between oracle models (pull vs push, first-party vs third-party)
- Analysis of Pyth’s revenue streams, governance mechanics, and tokenomics
- Ecosystem case studies — how protocols integrate and use Pyth price feeds
- Educational explainers on market structure, data infrastructure, and DeFi mechanics
- Geopolitical and macro analysis relevant to decentralized data infrastructure
- Asset Info Packs — methodology deep-dives on how Pyth tracks specific markets
Guidelines:
- Facts mode. Lead with data, not hype. Include sources.
- No hopium. If you can’t defend it against a smart skeptic, don’t post it.
- The Alcohol Standard applies — if someone at a bar can’t follow your argument, simplify it.
- Your voice, your angle. Community Council provides the facts and frameworks. Pythians provide the perspective.
- Comparisons to other oracles, Bloomberg, Reuters etc. are encouraged — keep them architectural and factual, not tribal.
