Their data seems uninteresting with mostly inactive domains.
What’s strange is that their on-chain programs are upgraded by one public key instead of a multisig, despite having two squad multisigs Squads 1, Squads 2 and a Realms DAO.
Raises questions about Bonfida’s decentralization and potential centralized control by one individual.

So this is a funny argument. (for example) We launched .LetsBONK domains in March which currently out sells .sol domains - 15530 .LetsBONK domains have been sold in the last 3 months.
Being first doesn’t make you the best. Being the oldest doesn’t make you most relevant.

Sub-domains should not earn either party revenue. The majority of the time sub-domains are free. SNS even has a pre-set of providing them for free to a DAO.
Our proposal is not for the short term gain, but the long term success of .pyth domains providing both parties recurring revenues beyond year 1.

There’s a clear pattern that can be seen here guys and gals.
AllDomains voters are stressing the difference between the domain and subdomain tech itself.
Bonfida voters are just fudding AllDomains as a company instead of backing up why subdomains are a better proposal than domains.
This poll should be a vote on .pyth.sol vs .pyth. Not Bonfida vs AllDomains. At the end of the day, that’s what we as Pythians are choosing, just a domain/subdomain, yet it’s almost as if we’re voting on who’s buying us out as a DAO.
I own a few .sol domains, but I’ve never felt the need to get anything from AllDomains up until now. I’d love to show off my ash.pyth or ashley.pyth.
Bonfida voters are trying to promote the total domain registration numbers as if we’re going to replicate the same success with subdomains. I highly doubt that. With AllDomains, you can see what is actually possible with community domains and proper marketing.
I believe the marketing burden should fall on BOTH AllDomains and the community purchasing the TLD. If we do it right, we can kick ass just like .letsbonk. I see them everywhere!!
My vote does not go to Bonfida or AllDomains. My vote goes to .pyth. That’s how the poll should’ve been set in the first place to avoid this war and fudding of awesome web3 projects.
It’s sad to see Pythians in the general chat and post replies claiming there’s cheating, manipulating, scamming, etc from either company. Very sad to see and doesn’t make me proud to call them my fellow Pythians.
Let’s try to keep this positive and just vote on .pyth.sol vs .pyth. Sending love to all Pythians

Audit and open source means nothing if one person can upgrade the main program jCeb… (which is not open source) that handles domain purchases.
Also that one person can create domains at their own will.

But Alldomains has zero audits and not opensource? You’re trying to needle them yet you guys manipulate data, are not open source, do not have audits, and you also charge general users to create domains, but give them away to companies for free which you create on the fly? I’m just trying to get this correct.
Btw I have never seen Alldomains in ANY domains chats with the other domain providers, not a single time. I highly doubt you guys have any clue what’s happening in crypto domains yet didn’t the Alldomains founder say Bonfida is dead?

What’s the tldr? Why would I read whatever you’re sending if you can’t even answer simple questions about the product you work on. Your team is showing signs of being predatory which bars you from participating in real ICANN events. You guys have gone so far to threaten Bonfida. Like I said in the previous post, you guys do not actually participate in the crypto domain world outside of calling Bonfida shit and complaining about them, but i assume the same would be true if you did.

A lot of uncertainty is being spread about the security of Solana Name Service (SNS). That is, that domain names can be transferred without the permission of the owner. This is due to a recent change implemented by Bonfida. The decision to perform this change was long in the making and completely unrelated to the sequence of events currently being described.

You’re trying to blend two different things. Again, more manipulation. They cannot take your domain out of your wallet however there is a master key which ENS also has for various reasons. In an industry that isn’t fully mature, pretty similar to how a lot of crypto networks start, don’t you think there can be adjustments? I would argue it’s fair for ALL to say the same, however you didn’t and that’s the point.
Based on Alldomains actions I am willing to bet that they launch .pyth regardless of the results of this poll. They’re just outright predators in the space.

You are missing the point sir. Your .sol domains are not yours. They are one person’s. not a DAO, not a Multisig. ENS is a DAO.
I code for AllDomains. We would never do that to anyone.
