Motivations to Apply for Pyth Community Council:

  • I wish to continue to serve the Pyth Community by creating opportunities to reward active community members. A huge motivator for me is the Pyth Community Grants program which helps to provide active participants the ability to gain governance power, and help secure the network via Oracle Integrity Staking (OIS) through earning PYTH tokens
  • If elected, I will continue to drive community initiatives and provide value to the Pythian community through activities which promote the Pyth brand, the Pyth community ethos, and positive community engagement. Given the Core Mandates: I believe my actions throughout the Pyth Network Discord have demonstrated my commitment to these ideals, and have only strengthened over time

Relevant Experience and Commitments:

  • Being a Pyth Network Chiron since March 2024, initially the focus was to nurture education regarding the basics of Pyth Network as a project to newcomers to the Discord, and promote/encourage roles. Post-Impact Awards program launch: included various games and Impact Ops creations, trials, and maintenance. Including such initiatives as: Pyth Poker, PIRBegrination, various quizzes etc.
  • Applied for and executed a Pyth Community Grant to run “Pyth Flash: Sydney” – an IRL meetup at Australian Crypto Convention to provide a community meetup for Pythians, Pyth-related affiliated projects, and Pyth-curious eventgoers.
