Abstract
This proposal aims to approve the recent election of 3 councilors for the 3rd Price Feed Council as well as approving the stipend of 315,000 PYTH for the Price Feed Council members.
Description
- Approve the newly elected Price Feed Council members
From April, 15, 2025 to April, 22, 2025 the elections for the replacement of 3 members of the Price Feed Council was concluded according to the Pyth DAO Constitution.
The 3 candidates with the most votes are the following:
- Mario Bernardi, Pyth Data Association - 7.0M votes
- Nicholas Diakomihalis, Douro Labs - 6.9M votes
- Anton Totomanov, Objective Labs - 6.89M votes
They will replace:
- Antoine Bellanger, Swissborg
- Giulio Alessio, Pyth Data Association
- Nicholas Diakomihalis, Douro Labs (re-elected)
And join the below council members:
- Harnaik Kalirai, Douro Labs
- Lawrence Samantha, NOBI
- John Gu, Caladan
- Approve the stipend request to the Price Feed Council members
Following the request here, the Price Feed Council would receive — assuming all conditions are met — 315,000 PYTH tokens or a 6-months tenure stipend of 45,000 PYTH per council member.
If approved by the onchain vote, the stipend will be paid out when the 4th Price Feed Council gets introduced in 6 months.
