Abstract

This proposal performs routine maintenance on two council multisigs:

  1. Pythian Council Ops Multisig

Sync membership with the 5th Pythian Council by removing dr497 (outgoing) and adding Samurai (incoming)

  1. Price Feed Council Multisig

Update Borys’s signer address following his migration to a hardware wallet.

Rationale

Part A: Pythian Council Ops Multisig

When the 5th Pythian Council was approved via OP-PIP-118, Samurai was added to the main Pythian Council multisig. However, the separate operations multisig (used for buybacks and other operational activities) was not updated. This proposal corrects that oversight by:

  • Removing dr497, who is no longer on the Pythian Council
  • Adding Samurai, who joined as part of the 5th council

Part B: Borys Key Rotation

Borys, a Price Feed Council member elected in the 5th election, requested on June 16 to update his signer address after transitioning to a Ledger Flex hardware wallet for improved security.
