Abstract
Implement protocol fees on Pyth Entropy across all 19 supported EVM chains as outlined in the Q1 2026 — Pyth Entropy Onchain Fees discussion.
Rationale
Following the mandate from OP-PIP-87 and the Pyth Token Phase 2 discussion, the Pythian Council is responsible for implementing on-chain fees for Pyth products on a quarterly basis.
Until now, Entropy protocol fees have been set to the minimum value (1 wei), meaning all fees collected were solely provider fees. This proposal activates DAO-owned protocol fees across all Entropy-supported chains.
The fee structure was designed with three principles:

Per-request model: Fees apply to each individual randomness request

Proportionality: Fees remain reasonable relative to overall blockchain transaction costs

This proposal calls setPythFee(uint128 newPythFee) on the Entropy contract for each of the 19 supported EVM chains via the Wormhole executor.

The proposal executes a governance action that calls setPythFee(uint128 newPythFee) on each chain’s Entropy contract via the Wormhole executor.

- Clone the pyth-crosschain repository and install dependencies:
