Motivations to Apply for Pyth Community Council:

  • I am confident that the combination of my hard and soft skills, developed through my professional career in traditional finance, paired with my formal and informal experience in the crypto industry, will enable me to make a meaningful contribution to the Community Council and the broader Pyth Network community.

Relevant Experience and Commitments:

  • Pyth Network Chiron from February/March 2024 – Present Date.
    • Actively participated in Community Building and Engagement efforts including (but not limited to): new member onboarding, fostering a friendly positive and helpful environment, sparking conversations and dialogue engaging other community members
    • Served as a Community Advocate participating in key discussions with Pyth team members assisting with strategic community growth initiatives and theorizing, creating and the implementation of community incentives that benefit actively participating members.
    • Assisted with general Discord administrative tasks
  • Community Manager & Business Development for a digital art & storytelling brand on the Ethereum Network from March 2023 – June 2024
    • General moderation of the Discord community, oversight of moderation team, helped build and maintain community culture, served as a liaison between the community member and the team, collaborative negotiations and implementation, crisis management
    • Researched, identified and implemented growth strategies driving revenue growth post NFT collection mints, spearheaded strategic partnership opportunities enhancing the brand’s reputation, notoriety, and being value-additive to pre-existing collections, closely coordinated with respective team leads on integrations and activations.
  • Traditional Finance (TradFi) professional background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, extensive knowledge of the financial industry and investment products, active career in a fiduciary capacity
