Motivations to participate in the Community Council
This year, I’m aiming to get a web3 work, but I don’t want to just take random opportunities. I’m looking for a place where I know I’ll be valued and genuinely happy.
I’ve been hanging out in the Pyth Data Discod for the past seven months, and I’ve really seen how they take care of their community and appreciate the contributors.
As soon as I saw the post about the community council, I knew I should give this a shot and this is an opportunity that I would be really happy to take.
Relevant Experience
Before I went full degen into web3, I was a team lead for video and graphics at a social media agency. I handled everything from managing teams and creating workflows to interviewing new hires and onboarding clients.
In web3, I’m mostly a research nerd, and I’ve been contributing to WolvesDAO since 2022. I usually help out with finding alpha, and the admin stuff, like cleaning up spreadsheets and tracking our AI investments.
I’ve been also helping SocialsRising with research and potential collaborations since they started last year. I also had a short stint setting up a Discord and managing whitelist distribution for an NFT project.
I was really focused on web3 gaming for awhile, but this year I’m branching out and looking for opportunities beyond that.
Here’s why you should vote for me
- I’ll do my best to get Pyth out there and reach more eyes. I’ll try out different social media channels to onboard web2 people, and I’ll tap intro different web3 communities to show them how Pyth Data can be a safe place for them while also helping them make better investments decisions.
- I’ll reach out to projects, DAOs, and guilds to build strong partnerships.
- I’ll do my best to help Pyth Network and its partners to connect with the right people.
- Help organize events to help Pyth Network establish its presence here in my country.
- Help in ensuring the Community Council’s efforts are consistently aligned with our objectives.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and optimize impact awards and other initiatives.
- Provide project management support to maintain momentum and address any challenges that arise.
While Pyth’s technology is a fresh landscape for me, I’m fully prepared to embrace the learning curve. I’m excited about the challenge and committed to contributing my utmost to the Pyth Network’s growth.
