Looks good overall!
One suggestion would be to reallocate a portion from the Kaito budget to the Impact Awards category - which seems to be more broad in its definition.
That amount can still be directed back to Kaito-related incentives, but it would give the council more flexibility in directing resources, especially if the max-tier payout for Kaito is not hit consistently.
We also want to make sure there’s sufficient budget to adequately recognize and incentivize non-Kaito contributions. As it stands, Kaito represents over 80% of the budget (excluding community council’s stipend).
